Dub Club memberships are billed annually at $48 per year. Membership discounts can be used both online and in-store. Memberships may be canceled at any time by emailing info@dubdog.pet ; however, no refunds will be issued for yearly payments once processed. Each membership is valid for one shipping address only. The name, email, and address must match the membership information at checkout in order for the discount to apply. Discounts are valid only while membership is active.
