About Dubdog Designs and our products

We handcraft each and every one of our products from our smoke-free studio in Mission, Kansas. In order to keep the designs fresh and fun, we only purchase limited yardage of fabric so that new designs can be rotated in when others run low and are removed from the collections.

We create all of our products meticulously by hand with your pup’s safety top of mind. Our product features include:
    • Quality hardware, including heavy-duty contoured buckles that fit the curve of your dog’s neck, welded d-rings, 
       and metal sliders for easy and secure size adjustments
    • 100% cotton fabric
    • Super-strong and soft nylon webbing that is durable and comfortable
    • All hardware is secured with reinforced bartack stitching to keep your dog safe!

When can you expect your order?
We handcraft every item, so please allow 5–7 business days before shipping. We ship all of our packages via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, so please allow an additional 1-4 days for shipping. If for any reason we see that it may take longer, we will contact you via the information provided when you placed your order. During the holiday months of November and December, the studio can get quite busy, so you can expect a longer wait. Please let us know if you need your order by a desired date and we will do our very best to make that happen.

Will your collar or leash look just like the one pictured on our website?
Every Dubdog  product is created by hand, and due to the pattern flow of the fabric used, your collar or leash will not be exactly the same as the one pictured. We are certain that you will love what we create for your pup, but if for any reason you aren’t, just send it back to us and we will get you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.

Dubdog care
All of our products are machine washable, however, we suggest either hand washing them with a mild detergent or shampoo.
Air-drying is always best to keep the colors from fading too fast.

How to properly measure your dog’s neck
The proper fit of your dog’s collar is important for both safety and comfort. Measure your dog’s neck with a cloth seamstress’s tape measure. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string and then measure the string on a rigid ruler. Measure your dog’s neck a couple of inches down from his head. Make certain the tape measure is snug, but not tight. For small dogs, add an extra inch to the total measurement. For medium or large dogs add 2 inches. This should give you the measurement you are looking for. For the best fit, two fingers should be able to fit between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Sales tax
All applicable taxes have been included in the price. Kansas residence can expect to pay an additional 9.73% tax.

Shipping

We ship all of our packages via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Delivery generally takes 1–4 days average to anywhere in the United States. If you need expedited service please email us at linda@dubdog.pet.

Return policy
If you realize after placing your order that you have ordered the wrong size, style, or design, contact us immediately and we will be happy to make the changes to your order before it is created.

We strive to create a product that you and your dog will love, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail. Please note that our designs have limited availability and size exchanges may not always be possible. In those instances we will offer you an item of equal value or a complete refund of your purchase, minus shipping.

Responsibility of use
Dubdog Designs prides itself on attention to detail and understands the importance of safety and durability when it comes to our products. However, we cannot be responsible for any excessive pulling, chewing, or scratching of our products by your dog. Our collars are also not to be used on tie outs. Dubdog is not liable for damages or injury due to the use or performance of our products. As a responsible pet owner, you should periodically check for any signs of wear and determine the suitability of our product for your individual situation. Please be a good pup owner and only use Dubdog products in the manner they were intended.
