About Dubdog Designs and our products
We handcraft each and every one of our products from our smoke-free studio in Mission, Kansas. In order to keep the designs fresh and fun, we only purchase limited yardage of fabric so that new designs can be rotated in when others run low and are removed from the collections.
We create all of our products meticulously by hand, with your pup’s safety top of mind. Our product features include:
• Quality hardware, including heavy-duty contoured buckles that fit the curve of your dog’s neck, welded d-rings,
and metal sliders for easy and secure size adjustments
• 100% cotton fabric
• Super-strong and soft nylon webbing that is durable and comfortable
• All hardware is secured with reinforced bartack stitching to keep your dog safe!
Frequently asked questions
Shipping
We ship all of our packages via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Delivery generally takes 1–4 days average to anywhere in the United States. If you need expedited service please email us at linda@dubdog.pet.
Returns
If you realize after placing your order that you have ordered the wrong size, style, or design, contact us immediately and we will be happy to make the changes to your order before it is created.
We strive to create a product that you and your dog will love, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail. Please note that our designs have limited availability and size exchanges may not always be possible. In those instances we will offer you an item of equal value or a complete refund of your purchase, minus shipping.
